We would like your permission to retain your personal data within our data entry system for a period of 3 years after your last entry to the show. This includes your name, telephone number, email address, and age (children only).
1. The reason to retain this is for the purposes of:
a. Making it faster for you to enter next year, as you would not need to provide your data again (unless it changed
b. Sending you reminders a few times per year to remind you about the show, and invite you to our events
2. We will NOT allow third parties access to this data
3. You can opt out of this at any time by emailing enquiries@petershamhorticulturalsociety.org.uk
4. When entering on behalf of family members, you agree that you have responsibly checked you have their permission to record their responses on their behalf
5. We will not ‘spam’ you with hundreds of messages every year, only sparingly and where necessary and to inform you of the society’s upcoming events
Please note that if you were to choose not to allow us to retain this information (which is fine!), we would irreversibly and irrevocably anonymise your data before the next show, and if that individual were to choose to re-enter the show or re-join as a member, they would need to re-supply their data.
